Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Most items include tracking; however, smaller items may be sent without tracking. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you promptly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your artwork.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.
Delivery Issues

Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 18 July 2025
At Hard Boiled, each artwork and print is carefully handled, and many of our items are one-of-a-kind or produced in small, limited batches. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
1. Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a full refund subject to the following conditions:
You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging (where applicable)
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
Please contact us at support@hardboiledart.co.uk with your order number and photos.
Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following:
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Slight variations typical of handmade or print-based processes
One-off artworks and custom-made pieces
This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Cancellations
We begin preparing orders promptly after purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@hardboiledart.co.uk.
We cannot guarantee cancellation if the item has already been dispatched.4. Your Consumer Rights
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which entitle UK customers to a refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
